On Saturday January 13, 2018 I received a phone call from my realtor Victoria Reynoso ....Hi Lourdes how are you???? Hi Vicky I'm good.. She asked me if Ramiro was by my side and I told her no..he had to work. Well.. she said. I have some good news....THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED!!!!! (I felt my heart sink because I was in disbelief.... there had been about 10 offers on this home) Are you serious Vicky????? YES!!!!! I AM!!!! All that I felt after that were the tears rolling down my face...I couldn't wait to tell Ramiro. Of course I called him and NO Answer...well I kept trying until he finally answered....his response...ok.. cool. Cool???? That's it??? He said yes...I won't believe it until the key is in our hand...

On February 14th....One month and a day later we closed escrow and the keys were in his hands.. Ramiro and I officially became homeowners for the first time. Today I want to take the time to Thank My Realtor Victoria Orozco Reynoso who went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that we had. In all honesty Victoria was very professional and it was so hard for me to see her on the business side... Geez it was very hard for me to call her Victoria since I've known Vicky since we were only little girls... But I'm glad that we made the choice and had her as our realtor.

If it weren't for her and all her experience in real estate I don't know what would have been. Vicky didn't waste any time. She took care of all the inspections for us.I never had to pick up the phone to book any appointments because Vicky took care of it all. Victoria made sure we received carpet credit and other credits towards repairs that the house needed. She put up a fight and she won. Because of Victoria and making sure that 2 of the 4 bedrooms became permitted before the close of escrow our home went up in value by almost $50,000 in only a few weeks. I will not be able to thank you enough for all that you did for our family. Your loyalty to your clients will forever be valued.
